GoogleThank you so much for everything you’ve done to help me finally find my little house. I love it! It’s been a long, slightly stressful process for me but Dan has been a pleasure to deal with and It’s been nice to find an agent whose on my wave length and not at all ‘hard sell’. I’ve really appreciated how he dealt with the purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan or use Davies & Davies in the future although I do hope this time I’m staying put for a while!

GoogleWe wanted to say big thank you to Nick. He has been amazing going through stages of the process and ensuring we are involved in. Nick came to value our home after switching from another estate agent. He took measurements and we discussed through the agreement. We arranged for Nick come back and take photos and video of our home today. It went smoothly and Nick made us feel comfortable. Within a couple of hours, Nick sent us a brochure of our home. We confirmed we liked the brochure and it was launched that evening. Nick is Punctual and a honest guy. We look forward in Nick finding us our dream home. We were impressed with how professional Nick was and answered any questions we have at ease. Nick wore gloves and mask, to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. Thanks again Nick
Good morning Miss Smith Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We have passed your comments on to Nick, who was most delighted! Kindest regards, Davies & Davies

GoogleTook time out of my day to view a property was chosen by landlord as new tenant on the 28/10 was told this by phone at 17:00 said I would call on 29/10 after lunch to pay required money. To my surprise when I called at the agreed time they had already given the property to someone else. If the communication is that poor between your employees then I would not trust them with your hard earned money! DO NOT USE, UNPROFESSIONAL COWBOYS.
Good afternoon Mr White Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The reasons why you were unsuccessful in securing this property were explained at the time by a member of the lettings team. We hope that you quickly find another property and wish you all the best. GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony from Davies and Davies who is a super man. Not only was he polite and well mannered which is rare nowadays with the younger generation but he talked me through every step of my sale. As an OAP I was nervous as to which Estate Agent to go with as some claim to be super heroes but its easy to be caught up in their web of lies. My sale and purchase went without a hitch even during the COVID lock down where I was unable to leave the house. I am very thankful for their help.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleDavies and Davies sold a property for me very quickly and professionally. Anthony valued the property correctly, very speedily gathered all the information and photos to produce the brochure just before lock down, and choose absolutely the right time to then launch the property just before estate agents could resume business. He had already lined up prospective clients to view in the very first week of business restarting. Dan then took over the viewings and sale of the property. He managed to obtain 2 offers in the first week and through his professionalism, communication skills and personality managed to secure a buyer who completed in a very short time scale. I would thoroughly recommend the Bradford on Avon Davies and Davies estate agency to sell your property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
