GoogleWe recently sold our property through Davies and Davies, and cannot fault the excellent service. We had a long and tough ride with an awkward solicitor on the buyer's side, and a unusual mortgage offer situation, which caused many, many delays. The sale was close to falling through at multiple time points due to this, but Anthony was absolutely incredible throughout, he continuously went out of his way to try to save the sale and we strongly believe it wouldn't have got over the line without him. Throughout, the communication from Anthony was exceptional. Thanks for everything, we will certainly be recommending you!
Good afternoon Steffi Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review! We passed your lovely comments on to the Bradford on Avon team who were delighted with your kind words, and we all hope that you are settling nicely in your new home. Kindest regards, Davies & Davies

GoogleSo when your property has been on the market for 3 years with so many unforeseen hiccups and hurdles, but your Estate Agent stays with you through the entire journey and achieves the perfect result in the end... then you know you picked a winner! Even with a final chain of 9 and an agonising wait of 6 months the moment you handover the keys on your sale makes it all worth it. I couldn’t ask for a more professional, courteous and friendly team at Bradford-on-Avon, it goes without saying they are the only ones I would recommend. Absolute SUPERSTARS!
Good afternoon Robin! Thank you so much for your incredibly kind review! Such high praise! We have passed your review over to the team, who were most delighted with your comments, and they too are so pleased you finally got to pick up the keys to your new home. All good things...! Kindest regards, Davies & Davies

GoogleEveryone at Davies & Davies has been very professional, helpful and enthusiastic about selling our house. They arranged loads of viewings, always gave feedback, and helped enormously to ensure the sale progressed. GoogleThroughout the process of finding our new home, my husband and I had the pleasure of communicating with the staff of Davies and Davies - who would have had difficulty being nicer! They went over and above to make our move as complication free and as successful as they could. All this despite their incredibly busy schedules. Over the last few months there has been something of a ‘move mania’ across the country, and through it all they kept their heads, kept their cool, and stayed ahead of the game! they always made time for our questions - no matter how small. Many thanks to them all - Particularly Dan and Arnie - who are, in my book, complete heroes!
Good morning Jessica Please accept our apologies for the late response to the lovely review you kindly left for the Bradford on Avon team! We really appreciate the positive comments you made, and these were passed on to the team at the time the review was left. In the meantime, we trust that you have settled well in your new home. Kindest regards, Davies & Davies

GoogleFrom the outset - Agent selection process - Davies and Davies stood head and shoulders above all the other agencies in Bradford on Avon. From the helpful smile behind the mystery phone call to the knowledgeable advice received during a mystery shopping "door-step" conversation, each and every team member eclipsed their competition! It didn't stop there! That was the case throughout my sale - from the valuation appointment to completion, I only ever received frank straight talking advice. Easy to say, you may think, but mine was a far from straight forward sale and it took over 7 months between the two landmark moments but fundamentally it was all achieved without any market driven price re-negotiations! I do not regret my decision and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Davies and Davies team to anyone considering marketing their house in BoA. No-one else even comes close!
Good morning Rachel Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a positive review! Your comments have been passed on to the Bradford on Avon team, who were all delighted that their hard work has been recognised and appreciated in this way! Kindest regards, Davies & Davies

GoogleAnthony worked his socks off to sell my property. He got plenty of people through the door for viewings, handled the negotiation very well and then above all had to work incredibly hard to coordinate the various solicitors and push hard for exchange and completion. Highly recommended in very testing times, and circumstances.
Good morning Chris Thank you so much for your very kind review! We have sent your comments over to Anthony, who was most delighted that you had such a positive experience. Kindest regards, Davies & Davies

GoogleWe did not sell our property through Davies and Davies Estate Agents, but we did buy our property through them. Our mistake was not to engage Davies and Davies to sell ours as well. We found that Davies and Davies offered the support we needed in purchasing our property, even when it required a handover of keys after 6pm. Estate Agents are only as good as their staff, which in this case we must mention Davies and Davies New Homes Negotiator, Charlotte Geary. In all our conversations with her we have found her to be both professional and committed to supporting our purchase to make our transition into our new property as smooth as possible. Charlotte kept in touch with us and always got back to us when we reached out to her for advice or information. In our opinion, the most common complaint we have experienced and heard from friends, colleagues and relatives about estate agents, is that they do not keep you informed or do not get back to you in a timely manner when you contact them. Charlotte proved this belief cannot be apportioned to all estate agents. She is a credit to Davies and Davies and clearly demonstrates the behaviours clients wish to see when purchasing and selling properties. We would recommend talking to Davies and Davies before making a decision on which agent to use to sell your property.
Good morning Scott Charlotte was absolutely delighted with the amazing review you have very kindly left following your purchase. We really appreciate the depth of review of the services provided, and in the meantime hope that are you settling well in your new home. Kindest regards, Davies & Davies
