We bought our property through the Davis and Davis Trowbridge Team and sold it through them too six years later. Stephen, Alex, Louise, Katherine and Nick are a fantastic team to work with. It was an incredibly stressful time for our family and they helped enormously by being very professional and understanding of what we were dealing with. It really takes the pressure off when you know that you are in good hands especially with a team who know what they are doing and do it to the best of their ability. They were very responsive to all our needs. Could not fault them in any way, shape or form. They are amazing and so pleased we dealt with them twice. We are so grateful and would highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

If you need an estate agent then this is the firm to contact. I was a seller. Dan Jones from Davies and Davies valued my property, photographed and wrote up the details. The quality of the brochure and online Rightmove profile was exceptional - far better than any other I have seen. The viewings were conducted during the slightly more relaxed COVID lockdown and were handled brilliantly and safely. The buyers of the property and I were kept well informed as the sale proceeded to completion. Highlights of Davies and Davies: totally professional (Dan was exceptionally good), efficient and knowledgable- a really pleasure to deal with. Lowlights - None!. I would highly recommend Davies and Davies in Bradford on Avon.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
