We are currently in the process of purchasing our first property, The service we have received from Davies & Davies has been excellent. Isaac was very professional and welcoming in showing us round the property and answered all of our questions with ease. Buying a house can be a stressful process but Isaac has made it easier with his quick responsive communications & master negotiation skills. I have only spoke with Isaac & Alex at Davies & Davies but they have both been Polite and professional, if they are anything to go by I would say you are in safe hands and would recommend them to anyone. I have dealt with Davies and Davies for many years now and have always found them to be really helpful both for purchases and with lettings. There is a good team at Westbury. Anthony, Alex and Claire all played their part in completing a recent purchase.

We have just completed the sale of our property in Bradford on Avon and cannot speak too highly of the service we have received from Davies and Davies. Communication at all times was excellent and we were fully involved in the discussions over setting an asking price and arranging viewings. All the staff we had contact with were professional and courteous but our main contact was Arnie who successfully negotiated with interested parties to get us a very good offer but subsequently kept a watch over the progress of the conveyancing until completion making sure that any questions raised by ourselves or the buyers were answered quickly, efficiently and cheerfully. He also liased with the solicitors to keep up the momentum of the sale. Having approachable and friendly support throughout what can be a worrying and stressful process is a feature of the great service that you get from Davies and Davies,

I bought my first property with Davies & Davies, Vanessa was my main contact - the first property is always super daunting & overwhelming but Vanessa made the entire process super easy, and smooth, continuously updating me on the builds progress, pushing developers, and getting us to completion as quick as possible. Vanessa is incredibly friendly, and really takes her job to heart by going above & beyond for her clients. I couldn't be more pleased with the service received, and will be back again for my next property. Many thanks Vanessa, and the Davies & Davies team.

We have met several estate agents over past few years in our house search but find Isac Sarbatta from Davies & Davies to be head and shoulders above any that we have met and had dealings with. He is thoroughly professional, knowledgeable of the area, the market and the properties he presents. Thoroughly inspires confidence in his clients; both sellers and prospective buyers. Refreshing to come across.

I used Davies & Davies to rent a house in Hilperton, Trowbridge. They were very professional and were exceptionally good when it came to responding to any queries about the property/referencing etc - and always most courteous. The only negative as far as I am concerned was that they were not present to 'hand over' the property at commencement of the Tenancy (like keys, boiler controls etc) - but perhaps that should have been the landlords function.

Went through Davies & Davies for mine and my girlfriends first letting together. Sian handled our letting agreement and couldn’t of been more helpful. Emails were communicated out quickly and responded too in the same way, staff at the Davies & Davies in Trowbridge office were happy to chat and helpful also in getting documents scanned for us quickly to push everything through. Sian had been brilliant and a great team there too.

What a fantastic first time buying experience with Stephen at Davies & Davies Trowbridge. He was such a huge help from the start and was so lovely right up until the very end when I would call him every day chasing an update (through no fault of his/their own). When we went to pick up the keys, we felt so welcomed and as if he was as excited for us to get them as we were! A lovely touch to give us a little gift bag full of goodies to start off in our new home with (even though the Lindt Chocolates didn't last the 5 minute drive down the road). We cannot thank you enough and would recommend to anyone selling or buying in the Trowbridge area!

We had a few agents come out to us to do a valuation, Davies & Davies were by far the most professional and came prepared with knowledge and facts of our house. Nick gave us the information we needed to get started, he was patient with us as we hadn't sold a house before so had plenty of questions. Steve navigated us through the sale who was excellent, always returned my emails and phone calls. Did all the chasing up (Solicitors were rubbish). Steve let me know straight away once there was news. I highly recommend Davies & Davies they couldn't do enough for us and ensured everything ran smoothly with the sale.

Brilliant support and friendly staff throughout the whole experience. Particular praise for Vanessa. She helped us find the property, view it and then helped finding expert tradespeople to make inspections, repairs and do painting once we took ownership. We expect to be moving in on Thursday this week. We are very happy to have worked with Davies & Davies and recommend them very highly.
