GoogleAmazing service from Isaac! Isaac has truly been a consummate professional from the first day we met him. Isaac was recommended to us by friends he has previously assisted and honestly did not disappoint. Such an honest, down to earth and straight talking guy and we knew exactly where we were at each step of the way. Fantastic communication and never took him very long to get back to us which, during the stress of buying / selling, has been unbelievably reassuring. Absolutely couldn’t recommend more

GoogleI have just completed selling a property with the help of the team at Davies and Davies and am extremely happy with the service I received. Isaac was my main contact throughout the process and is an excellent communicator and negotiator. He kept things on track when the inevitable bumps happened during conveyencing and was very proactive in following up with all parties as needed. I have also communicated with Arnold and Anthony at times and they were likewise incredibly helpful. I felt valued as a client and well supported throughout the process. He has kept us informed throughout the process and tried his best to encourage things along in his dealings with our buyer and solicitors. He read the meters for us, adjusted the heating, provided photographs of repairs required and generally looked after the property whilst it was empty.
