GoogleGood Evening Just felt I needed to leave a comment on a member of your team today. Having recently moved to the area and looking for a property to rent long term I phoned your office and spoke to a very informative polite person called Mark. He answered all the questions I had even though I made it clear I wasn’t ready to move forward or view property’s just yet. His knowledge of the market and regulations really set me straight. I had spoke to other agents but felt I was wasting their time. I will have a word with my partner and make it clear that Davis and Davis would be the agents to suite us I wish I had several Marks in my team

GoogleGreat service from Davies and Davies in Trowbridge! We were buying a flat which took many months as our solicitor was very slow to progress things. Louise Fowler was our contact and did her utmost to move things along, keeping us informed and answering all our questions fully and promptly. Our experience as buyers would lead us to use Davies and Davies to sell our property with them knowing how well they deal with customers.

GooglePhilomena went above and beyond to attend a meeting with me when her colleague was unwell and had to cancel last minute. I had travelled some distance so her flexibility was much appreciated. The meeting was extremely useful answering my questions and concerns regarding the rental process from a land lords perspective . Philomena was extremely approachable and knowledgeable and I very much appreciate the time she gave me. Information she promised me was promptly emailed to me. If we do decide to rent out our property I would be very happy to proceed with Davies & Davies, Philomena and the team. Thank you.

GoogleOur experience with Davies & Davies has been incredibly smooth, efficient and professional. From requesting to view a rental property, with an offer to register with them if no viewings were avaliable, to the tenancy arrangement and signing the contract.
