GoogleIts the first time I`ve dealt with the company, but I`ve got to say the service I received was excellent. Dealt with professionally and promptly throughout by Emma, who went out of her way to help us out many times. Even to the point of working her day off to help us move in on the day we needed to. Would have no problem recommending Emma certainly for her efforts and look forward to a long and happy relationship with the company. Thanks again.

GoogleRecently purchased a buy to let property through aspire. Negotiations were simple, the staff extremely helpful and didn’t drag things out like other agents have done in the past. They were clear, concise and handled my purchase very well from start to finish, with updates throughout. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWhile I initially thought the professional approach of this company would meet my needs, in the event I was extremely disappointed by the service received. Communications were incredibly frustrating and instructions were not followed. I would definitely not recommend this company.

GoogleAbsolute joke of a company. Horrendous 3 year tenancy, had to mither for repairs which were never done. Unbelievably rude staff in the Rainford branch. Woman who works there (Gill) is a patronising cow and Mark, one of the inspectors is a 2 faced coward. Please avoid this unprofessional estate agents at all costs, absolutely shocking.

GoogleI have used David Davies Estate Agents for the last twelve years to look after the letting of a property I own in St.Helens and have to say I have had no problems at all. I know that many landlords have horrendous problems with non-paying and destructive tenants but I have used their full service where they find suitable tenants, check references, etc. and provide ongoing inspection reports - as a result, I haven't lost a single months rent in the whole of that time. To be honest, for the small fee they charge, I wouldn't even remotely consider handling it myself, it just isn't worth it. Verdict: Recommended

GoogleI have been a tenant through David Davies for the past 3 years. I have found the company very helpful both with helping me finding a property to rent and with communicating with my landlord(s). My queries are always answered in a friendly manner and Gill in particular always contacts me ASAP if I leave a message specifically for her. House inspections are always done thoroughly, which has allowed me to receive my deposit back when I have left a property. Any repairs have been completed by my landlord(s) promptly. The service that I have received has been second-to-none from David Davies and I would highly recommend them more so than a local competitor that I have previously been with.
