GoogleSold our house as they promised they would. Despite a messy chain and at one point seemingly endless delays, the service was consistently professional and they were very helpful right the way through. Would recommend.

GoogleDealt with both Dan and Sinead through the entire process, both very professional and supportive during a very stressful time when I was dealing with everything on my own. On my actual move day I drove up to their Rainford Office to collect my keys for my new house, there was a delay in the process which played havoc with my mind, the both give me assurances that the process would be completed on the day..Sinead even made me a wonderful cup of Coffee whilst I waited 😉☕PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI am now living in my second rental home managed by David Davies Sales and Lettings and the service is brilliant! Dealt with many members of staff who have all been so helpful. Very trustworthy and reliable service, any issues I have ever had (very few) have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner, the response turnaround is faster than any company I have ever used! Staff are very efficient and I am always kept up to date with any gas certificates or house inspections due. GoogleDan's the man. Affable, transparent and to the point. No cringy self promotion. He came, he marketed, it sold. He was brilliant at keeping me in the loop while solicitors struggled to slide paper across a desk and the rest of his team were always efficient and friendly. A diamond in the rubble.
