GoogleAbsolutely fantastic agents. I highly recommend David Clarke to anyone. The renting process was very quick and easy. I was always communicated with in a timely manner and the staff are extremely professional. I had one small leak yesterday, the next working day someone came to fix it. My flat is perfect, all dealt with through a perfect agent. They are a credit to Herne Bay businesses. Thank you.

GoogleDavid Clarke Estate Agents have just sold my house and have been outstanding in every respect. From the first visit I felt assured and comfortable, and throughout the whole process Paul, David, Charlie and Karina have been so professional, helpful and friendly, with excellent communication and feedback on every viewing. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using them again. The best agents I have dealt with by a 'clear mile'!...Thank you so much. Gordon Ring.
