GoogleI couldn’t recommend David Clarke’s enough. They have recently dealt with the sale of my previous house and purchase of a new one. They are a genuine local business with staff that all care about their customers. No matter who I spoke to they always went over and above, even negotiating the sale of my house out of business hours. They also done all accompanied viewings which meant we didn’t have to make sure we were in. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely use them again if we ever move!

GoogleMany thanks to the David Clarke team for our recent house sale. The initial meeting gave us an accurate asking price with reasonable commission and a no pressure sales pitch (unlike some other agents). All viewings were handled by the team and the whole process was dealt with in a very professional way. I thoroughly recommend this agent to anyone buying and/or selling in the Herne Bay area.

From Paul's first inspection and valuation meeting through to exchange and completion we were kept fully informed of every stage of the process. This was all done in a very personal, friendly and professional manner. I cannot recommend David Clarke Estate Agents highly enough.

GoogleA totally professional but very friendly service was provided by everyone we dealt with. We had a slightly complicated sale (selling a property in Herne Bay though we live in Maidstone) but everyone at the office went out of their way to simplify things for us, accompanying all viewings, giving immediate feedback and - where necessary - breaking bad news in a sympathetic way. They completely understood our situation and gave us very sensible advice throughout. Like many other reviewers, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI had a bad customer service experience. Walked in here a few weeks ago and was ignored by most of the staff who valued their time more than mine. When someone finally deemed to help me they were rude. Maybe they were having a bad day but I expect a much higher level of professionalism from an estate agent than what I experienced.

GoogleI have dealt with the team at David Clarke for a number of years, I have sold, let and had properties managed by them. Its a great advantage that you still get to deal with Paul Clarke - a number of the larger agents do not have the owners go anywhere near them on a day to day basis. I am always extremely confident that which ever property I give them will be sold/let archiving the best market value.

GoogleWe bought our house through David Clarke estate agents and they really were first class. We engaged with a number of their agents when viewing properties before we found the property we progressed on. Throughout the purchasing process DC estate agents acted as the conduit with the sellers and managed on-going communication effectively and sensitively providing support and guidance where needed. DC estate agents come across as very much part of the local community and from the buyers perspective I have no reservations in recommending their services.

GoogleGareth and the team at David Clarke sold our house for near asking price in a difficult area in a buyers market within a few months of it going on sale. Once we'd accepted the offer the transaction was smooth and everything was completed on time with the utmost professionalism. Would definitely recommend.
