Teresa and Andreas in the lettings team have always responded quickly to resolve any issues and have kept us fully informed throughout. We have felt absolutely confident in leaving the management of our property to them and would use them again in the future without hesitation.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic agents. I highly recommend David Clarke to anyone. The renting process was very quick and easy. I was always communicated with in a timely manner and the staff are extremely professional. I had one small leak yesterday, the next working day someone came to fix it. My flat is perfect, all dealt with through a perfect agent. They truly are a credit to Herne Bay businesses. Thank you...

GoogleI just want to say, what an amazing team they have at Herne Bay David Clarke's Estate Agents. From the minute I called to ask to view a property and being able to accommodate the numerous viewings with Jodie, to chasing up solicitors and sellers and keeping me informed of what is happening by the wonderful Gareth , these individuals kept me sane through some of the hardest days of this buy, even Paul had to endure my moans and groans, yet through it all, they were nothing but polite, professional and at the end of the call, left me with a smile. So a massive thank you, I don't think I would have made it through to completion without you guys. You do an amazing job. Keep up the good work.

GoogleGareth and the team at David Clarke sold our house for near asking price in a difficult area in a buyers market within a few months of it going on sale. Once we'd accepted the offer the transaction was smooth and everything was completed on time with the utmost professionalism. Would definitely recommend.
