From the beginning Paul Hodgson and his team have been extremely professional and helpful during what has been a very difficult time throughout COVID and the various lockdowns. This has not phased Paul and his team and he arranged many viewings in a COVID safe environment. Even when my first buyer pulled out and we had to go back to square one, Paul and his team got straight back onto the job of finding more viewings. My property in Teignmouth was recently sold by Dart & Partners. Throughout the process the service provided was very professional and understanding, under the difficult circumstances due to Covid-19. They went out of their way to ensure all viewings were carried out in accordance with the relevant rules. They kept me informed during the whole process with excellent feedback from prospective buyers. During the final stages our buyers were having some difficulties with their prospective buyers due to unfavourable survey reports etc. This took considerable time and patients as the property was quite old. At this crucial period, I was dealing with Helen Holland of Dart & Partners who did a remarkable job keeping me fully informed daily on every aspect of the process. I found the guidance and support received from Paul Hodgson at Dart & Partners in Teignmouth to be exceptional. There are many layers and sometimes unexpected occurrences with House Purchase/Sale and Paul's knowledge and diplomacy was so appreciated! He navigates all of the communications with different agencies, doing all the hard work in a completely professional manner. He also has the balance also, in being able to "chat awhile" to explain, or reassure, or inform. I never felt disregarded, or rushed when talking to Paul. Neither did I feel as if my queries were an " irritation", rather that they were valid and warranted addressing and following through. Dart & Partners are also less expensive than other agencies, which is very welcome !

As soon as we found out that Chris Pearson was working for Dart and Partners we suspected that he would be the agent for our sale - his reputation proceeds him. His valuation was extremely well-informed and accurate. He handled the viewings and negotiation perfectly, was open with information, and was sensitive but was fun to deal with. What more could we want? We have never seen such good photography anywhere else (and we have looked at a lot of property details in the last 12 months). Caroline handled the post-sale work efficiently, speedily and effectively. They earned their fee and we have no hesitation in recommending them to other potential sellers.

We were very happy with the service provided by Dart and Partners during a recent protracted house sale and purchase. Both transactions were handled in a highly professional manner, sale pricing was realistic and we were not pressurised into under pricing for an easy sale. A good number of prospective purchasers were introduced at the most difficult time of year just before Christmas and a sale within our pricing expectations was secured in early February.The staff are always very pleasant and helpful, our particular thanks is due to Ben whose perseverance and shrewd management on a difficult and protracted purchase following a collapse in the related chain very late in our sale, finally enabled us to complete on a property that had looked lost.We have used Dart for a number of property transactions and rental management over the last 10 years and they would be our first choice for any future property needs

Does multiple viewings.even after travelling 300miles then said its up to landlord to choose.with over £50k in savings I thought mine was the best situation ...obviously not ....beware if you want to be disappointed..use this agent.found out after this agent is the managing agent it’s their choice ......I take back the review I posted did not know the full facts my apologies to all concerned .lisa explained their and other estate agents way of doing multiple viewings to save existing tenants from any inconvenience I up to the landlord to chose from any applicants after the viewing.again my apologies to all concerned.
