What an amazing, cohesive team! They sold our house in just two weeks, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our experience started with the valuation. Paul visited us and was professional and friendly, but what I particularly liked was his approach. Their valuation was pretty much the mean average of the others we received, which felt right to us, with some feeling too high and others too low. Paul also took the time to explain how he had arrived at the figure, looking at similar properties that had sold or were currently on the market, while also considering what made our property different. They were also very competitive on their fees. Unfortunately, we faced some delays with the chain and a few legal issues along the way, but the whole team were incredible throughout. Our main day-to-day dealings were with Jen and Fran, but one of the things I really appreciated was that, whenever they were busy, there was always someone else who would answer the phone and help us. Whether they could deal with something directly, get us through to the right person as quickly as possible, or take a message if someone was out of the office, we always felt looked after. Jen was a lovely, reassuring voice on the end of the phone and was always happy to offer experienced advice. It felt genuinely impartial, which is impressive when you're dealing with someone selling your property! Fran was incredibly efficient and fantastic at following things up promptly with other parties and then keeping us updated. I had never sold a property before, and when I popped into the office, Kim was brilliant. She took the time to go through the chain with me, explained where everyone was in the process and talked me through what was happening, which was really helpful. I really couldn’t recommend the team highly enough. Paul, Jen, Fran, Kim and everyone else we dealt with were fantastic from start to finish. Thank you all so much for helping us through the process and getting us on our way to our new home!

Very poor experience while letting - communication throughout is varied to say the least. You'll either get a reply within an hour or never. Concerns aren't escalated, and assurances aren't followed through. When looking for a place to rent communication is good, Theresa especially is very personable and supportive. Once you're in that's it then, luck of the draw. Very disappointing, I will not be using Dart & Partners again.

Theresa has been absolutely wonderful, and the entire team at the Teignmouth office have been nothing short of legends. Over the past two years, I’ve dealt with many letting agencies and, unfortunately, had more bad experiences than good. Dart & Partners have been a refreshing exception.
