The sales department then found a property to suit my needs and have kept in touch on every step of the process. Jordan went above and beyond in arranging a viewing for my son, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. We were then welcomed by the amazing Teresa, who was a sheer delight to meet, friendly, genuine, and a true breath of fresh air. Google10 years ago we purchased our home through D&P and was looked after really well by the then team so when my parents died suddenly and we had to out their home on the market we shopped around but still felt that D&P provided the care and attention we wanted. I said recently to Stuart that estate agents have a bad reputation but Rob and Stuart were great, they liaised with the buyers legal team who were incredibly difficult to deal with taking months to get any communication out of them but they gently nudged along in the background and kept me from losing the plot. Highly recommended, they are professional, thoughtful with a genuine warmth and care factor.

GoogleVery good excellent service from all at Dart and partners Teignmouth team as you would expect from their reputation. We only wished we had gone with them in the first place instead of another company that lost our house keys even before the first viewing😡 The Dart and Partners team are hard working no nonsense friendly helpful staff especially Fran who was our sales negotiator to sell our house. She was always in contact by phone or email very quick in responding either way and always kept us updated and informed on progress. I would highly recommend and encourage you to use Dart and Partners as they seem to be the only local company that’s worth using and get the job done .
