TrustpilotAndrea from the sales team is wonderful
Andrea from the sales team was absolutely fantastic throughout our whole journey. She was incredibly supportive and patient at every stage, and what really stood out was that her support didn’t stop once we had moved in. She went above and beyond by offering us a loan sofa and a few bits and pieces to help us settle in while we were waiting for our own items to be delivered. Her kindness, responsiveness, and genuine care made the entire experience much smoother and more reassuring. We couldn’t have asked for better support.

Andrea and Alanna at the Hazlewood Showroom in Aberdeen are both very welcoming and incredibly helpful. I arrived for the appointment with an expectation of what I was looking for, and they exceeded everything with their knowledge and advice. Andrea was also great at helping entertain my toddler, Mitchell, whilst Alanna talked me through the specifics. Both have been a pleasure to deal with and I’m now very much looking forward to the future in my new home.

Great customer service before and after my purchase. Great with explaining how everything in the house works. Good with addressing any queries or issues after moving in. Would have liked to be able to negotiate the price or get key worker discount.

TrustpilotReliable and Professional Maintenance Service
I would like to give a well-deserved positive review to Kevin and Juan, the maintenance technicians arranged by the developer. Over multiple service visits, they have consistently delivered excellent results and demonstrated a strong sense of professionalism. From the moment they arrive, it is clear that they take pride in their work and are committed to providing high-quality service.
