We moved into our new home on friday and Alex from the sales team made the whole process of moving in so easy and she was extremely helpful. The site manager Gabriel walked us through our new home in great detail and helped us understand each aspect. We have had a great experience from reserving our plot to moving in and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

We got our keys to our new home on Friday. Alex from the sales team was so lovely and helpful throughout the pre-completion and keys day. And the site manager Gabriel was amazing you can’t fault the service they provide. We have had an absolutely amazing experience start to finish couldn’t recommend enough.

We love our house and the customer services has been outstanding. Kyra and Louise at the Pearmain Place site were incredibly helpful throughout the viewing and buying process. Since moving in, Connor the Site Manager couldn’t do enough for us and is incredibly helpful and friendly. The house had less than 5 minor snags when we moved in which were resolved quickly. The whole process has surpassed all of our expectations. We feel very lucky and would recommend these high quality, well built homes.

2 year after care? That’s a complete lie! I had a serious issue with one of my patio windows downstairs where it shattered without anything happening to it (no external force or damage etc) which I believe to be poorly installed with a lack of expansion but that’s fine they said it is not covered under the warranty! I got this sorted as it was a bit of a health and safety risk with two small kids in the house! I then discover another crack in an upstairs window and again phone customer service to I say that this gets fixed as it’s not the first issue with the windows. I spoke to a lady who said they would get this fixed as a good will gesture due to the previous issue! I left it at that thinking they will get this solved. I hear nothing from them for months so I chase up the window repair and all I get back from customer service team is

We are sorry to hear how disappointed you feel with the aftercare you have received, and we appreciate how worrying it is to experience cracked or shattered glazing in your home, especially with young children present. We have a dedicated Customer Care team in place to support homeowners, and following your contact we liaised with the original installer and reviewed the details provided against the warranty terms. Unfortunately, cracking to glazing is not covered under the warranty, and for that reason we were unable to progress the matter as a warranty claim.
