We enquired about a property at your Saxton Park development. The sales team were fantastic, knowledgeable, efficient and incredible friendly throughout, this made the process less daunting for us, as it was our first property purchase. Had we not had such a memorable experience, I am certain we would not have purchased a home from Dandara or indeed, this site. We have been housing hunting for some time, a very daunting task (one of the buggiest purchases one will ever make) The customer service delivered by Becca was second to none, she listened attentively not only to my needs, but also picked up on my anxieties, she was sympathetic, informative and very responsive. Becca presented as an all round lovely professional young lady, who I was able to talk to with complete ease. Dandara have a beautiful range of fabulous homes, great staff and overall a very pleasant experience and we look forward to purchasing out forever home.

We are the first time buyer and had a lot of concerns to make the biggest purchase for us since we moved to UK. We spent almost two years to find a right house for us. When Jacqueline from Dandara introduced us this lovely town house, we really liked it and all purchase process went smooth owing to Dandara's sale team's support. Especially Jacqueline was excellent and she made our dream come true. It happened just a month of purchasing process. Although there was a bit of delay in the end of completion date, it was reasonable considering current situation of a long lead time of supply. The house is warm and the layout of the house is great. We are also lucky to settle down with nice neighbours in convenient location within Loanhead. We also thanks to Siobhan, Sam and Aaron for our home care and solving the snagging lists.

They've looked after my property for 8 or 9 years, and there's never been a problem. The team are always on top of things, and give me all the information and help I need when I need it. Should work be needed in the property they employ people who do the work well. Very important particularly if you are an 'absentee' landlord. Highly recommended if you need a property manager.
