GoogleSold my house with the Malton branch and what could have been a very stressful process was made exceptionally easy. From start to finish I was kept updated at each stage, and expert advice was given to help me chose which asking price offer I should proceed with. I would absolutely recommend Cundalls. From experience with other estate agents, these guys are a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleWe would thoroughly recommend Andrew at the Malton office. We were buying a house through Cundalls and he kept us informed on what was happening throughout the whole process , which thanks to the Covid 19 outbreak was a long time. We received regular updates so we knew how things were progressing and without him we would have been in the dark most of the time. He certainly worked hard to ensure that things happened as soon as possible and appeared to be the one keeping all of us in the chain moving in a coordinated manner. Excellent service.

When the sale of our property fell through, thereby jeopardising our purchase in North Yorkshire, Andrew was considerate, patient and pragmatic while continuing to support the best interests of his client. This was undoubtedly a fine line to tread but Andrew clearly brought his his considerable experience to bear and achieved a great outcome for all parties. The agent, Judith Simpson who visited and valued my property was honest, polite and straight talking and I knew immediately I would be in the right hands selling my house through Cundalls. She kept me informed at every stage of the process, going out of her way to ensure I was completely satisfied with the property photos, description and viewings. I felt their service was highly professional and uniquely communicative (amongst other local estate agents). Having sold my property in just 6 weeks I could not have asked for more, many thanks indeed!
