GoogleAfter placing our Property in the capable hands of Cundalls, our sale was achieved in 10 days following the lack of success with other agents in the preceeding 2 years. Without doubt their service and level of professionalism far exceeds any alternatives we are familiar with. Their guidance and positivity is outstanding throughout the whole process and comes highly recommended from us.

GoogleWe would definitely use Andrew and Cundalls again if we were to sell another house, they have been fantastic throughout and extremely helpful in navigating the full sale of our property, Andrew spoke to us weekly to update us on the sale process, no request was to big or to small for him, we managed to find the right buyer for the house in a tough market, he was always just a phone-call or text away, with it being our first sale we knew very little about the sale process, Andrew helped us then with getting the right paperwork and property checks to make the sale go through as seamlessly as possible. He went above and beyond! 5/5. Thanks Andrew 😀

GoogleWe have bought one property and sold two properties through Cundalls now and have received excellent advice, updates and service from Andrew Wood. Their photographer did an excellent job and the brochure produced attracted an almost overwhelming response from potential purchasers. Cundalls understood the broad range of purchasers our property might appeal to and throughout the process Andrew kept us updated regularly and when issues arose they were dealt with speedily and overcome with a very practical approach. I would have no hesitation recommending Cundalls Estate Agents.

GoogleFrom start to finish Cundalls Estate Agents have been very impressive in all aspects of the sale of our house. They stand out as an example of why ‘going local’ pays off. Special mention to Andrew Wood, who as well as being a genuinely nice guy, was always there to support us in his calm manner during what is inevitably a stressful time. His advice was reassuring and, most importantly, always correct. Furthermore, all the staff we dealt with were helpful and supportive, nothing was too much trouble.

GoogleA big thank you to all at Cundalls for the way they dealt with the sale of Mum's house. It all went very smoothly thanks to their hard work. Andrew was very professional and helpful. He kept in close contact with us and informed us every step of the way. I can't believe how quickly everything went through and how seamless the whole process has been. Amazing. I would recommend Cundalls.

GoogleWe purchased our property from Cundalls in Malton and from our first phone call to completion we were very happy with the service. In particular we appreciated the help and support of Andrew Wood throughout our purchase process. He was professional, courteous and helpful in a way that reduced the stress of our house move. Our move was from another part of the UK with a different legal system so the English conveyancing process was a new process for us. Andrew kept us fully informed throughout, reassured us when there were delays and diplomatically helped move along any slower parts of the conveyancing process as needed. His excellent communication skills and kind, thoughtful manner were very much appreciated. While viewing properties across the UK over some months, we had some less than favourable experiences with other agents so we were pleased to have purchased our property from an Estate agent who demonstrated that they did ‘Provide a service to both buyers and sellers consistent with fairness, integrity and best practice’ . We would highly recommend Cundalls Estate agents, and Andrew Wood.

GoogleI want to view a property 8 miles away. I'm disabled but can walk with a walker I do not have a car. Cundals response was we can't help you.... It's not what we do! So I can't view this property unless I pay £40 for a taxi. Just yet another act of discrimination. Very disappointing
