GoogleI had a really good experience of selling my property with CPS Homes. They are professional and are clearly experienced in dealing with all things property, and have the knowledge to deal with all manner of issues which always come up when dealing with property purchases/sales. This was the second property I have sold through CPS, and I've only ever sold 2, so that shows that I've never felt the need to use a different estate agent, their service has been fantastic both times. Special thanks to Tiffany, Angela, Sian and Chelsea for all playing your part in a positive property sale experience for me, and making it as stress free as possible while we had a young baby! I have recommended CPS to others who are looking to sell their property, and will continue to do so. In the future, I won't hesitate to give CPS a call the next time I'm looking to sell my house. Thanks CPS!

GoogleI had the best possible experience with CPS homes and would highly recommend them. Professional from the start, excellent attention to detail when it came to advertising my home, special staging and expert photography provided within the service plus social media coverage. I was impressed with their photographer, I couldn't have asked for better/more. Have been with some other agents in the past and CPS were by far the best. Thank you very much

GoogleMy experience with CPS homes was frustrating to say the least. They couldn’t get into the apartment I wanted to view because the landlord had changed the locks which I understand is not their fault but they brought me out there 3 times just to tell me they can’t get in. I had a lot of issues with the whole renting process which ended up with me moving out of my place earlier than moving into the new place. I wont get into everything right now, but I will say the only person that really helped me through this process was one of their employees called Jenna. She was super patient with me even when I called multiple times and when I was frustrated with the process. I wouldnt have been able to rent the place without her, she’s truly a star employee and I hope all good things come her way. Flo and Kyle (not 100% sure of the names sorry) were also very helpful although i was frustrated. The main thing I would fix is just communication between the employees because I called on the morning of the third viewing attempt and they said its still on, then I get there and call again and they say they dont know whats happening and then make someone else call me and that’s when i get told i cant get into the place yet. Anyways the whole point of this is to say Jenna and others sorry for being persistent and difficult on the phone at times the process was getting to me 😅 and thank you so so much

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Chelsea when purchasing my property through CPS, and she was absolutely amazing! She was professional, attentive, and communicated throughout the entire process - adding me on WhatsApp and always available to provide personal care and reassurance. As a first time buyer, Chelsea made sure every detail was handled smoothly and kept me informed every step of the way even when my own conveyancer wasn't communicating what I needed - I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend her and CPS to anyone looking to buy a property!

GoogleWe sold our house in Penylan through CPS Albany Road branch . I have to say the service was excellent , very professional and friendly. Nathan came out initially to value and was so helpful and friendly while obviously having a very good understanding of the market . Scott did a fantastic job of the video and photos to show the house at its best. Angela , Sian and Nathan all carried out viewings and we always received feedback which was a really important issue for me . Tiffany was always lovely and helpful and well organised and Chelsea did an excellent job of following through the sale to completion once an offer was accepted . All in order we had an excellent experience with the service we received from CPS and would not hesitate to recommend them.
