GoogleVery helpful and knowledgeable about the area as well as properties. Very good range of properties for a range of prices. Overall very helpful :)
Agent replied · 11 June 2024
Thanks, Charlotte. We employ a lot of ex-Cardiff students and their knowledge of the area is second-to-none, which is, of course, beneficial to current students who don't necessarily know the area as well. Glad to hear we've put our knowledge into practice!

GoogleOne of the better estate agents. Go out of their way to find you a place to your specifications and they themselves take care of some properties as well so it gives you confidence in the brand. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to rent a house.
Agent replied · 11 June 2024
That's brilliant to hear, Joe. Thanks :)

GoogleVery professional and helpful, some criteria wasn't fulfilled 100% but understandable as not everything can be covered in every property. Despite this I am very happy with the property we ended up choosing and would definitely recommend CPS to others.
