GoogleAll staff were very friendly and helpful when we were looking for a 7 bed property! The whole viewing/securing process was easy to do and we were able to sort everything out in a way that suited us - which was perfect! We have now secured our house for the next year with CPS and look forward to moving in! Cheers CPS

GoogleFantastic estate agent. Felt like we were treated with respect and listened too. The staff were all well informed and appointments were made around our availability. Highly recommend them as a university mature student!

GoogleThe staff we encountered were all lovely and the booking of viewings and signings have run so smoothly! Within 3 days of contacting CPS for a viewing we had already taken a property off the market - they were so helpful.

GoogleReally fast at contacting back and sorting out appointment, found our house incredibly quickly and we were late to signing up for a house as many were already gone. Found our house on the first viewing, second house we viewed. IN credibly forward in contacting landlords to sort out damaged houses or to repaint sections of the house. Very friendly, would 100% recommend.

GoogleSo far so good with CPS as letting agents. We've been happy with them as tenants in almost every way. We wish they'd given us a forwarding address to send mail on to our predecessors. Whatever the liabilities (and the current industry standards), forwarding things on is a nice thing to do. Otherwise, no complaints at all. Responsive to maintenance requests, etc. It's also worth saying that they seem to have been recommended by most people we've asked. Well done so far, CPS. Keep up the good work.
Thank you, Matthew. That's a very positive review.

GoogleRented a property with serious damp problems. The damp was so bad it made us ill within a couple of nights. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend this letting agency.
