GoogleFriendly, informative, and relatively quick when things break etc. Only problem is that they often don't give any notice before viewings, when they're legally required to give 24 hours notice at an agreeable time. Not perfect but I've had much, much worse

GoogleThe worst agency that I've seen in my life. I'm a french student that came for the first time in cardiff and only for two month. My friend and I went for the first time in Cardiff we didn't know about cps we have seen an ad of rooms it looked good and because we hadn't time to look for an other room so we decided to take it. First they wanted the deposit before our names after that because it was our first time and we were from aboard they tell us in plus to pay the two month directly. We hadn't the money they give us just 2 day to make us live the hell after that they didn't even help us to find the house we take 2h to make two street because we didn't speak English very well.after 2h we find it when we come in the smell was horrible some of the tools of the kitchen were broken we hadn't place in the fridge because they take all of it in the room under the bed it was so dirty and the bed too the wall of my friend room was so dirty after those two month we had to live in hell for the last day we were the last with my friend to go and all of the flat let their trash we had to clean it to them to have our deposit we cannot fish it because they was so many thing they were 7 and we were two to clean it the women who came to contol it tell us because we cleaned it alone and we were her for only two month that they are not going to take that much because all of the thing that was broken were like that when we first came and know that we came back to France they tell us that they are going to take the half of our deposit because they think that we have broken the think who where in the house whereas it was like that because the students were here for a year. So know all the students have their normal deposit but we have the half of it. It was really surprising I didn't know that cps was thief so I don't recomende it even more for student from aboard. They laught of you. Never going to come back in this agency. If my friend want to study in cardiff in the future I won't recommend cps because I don't want them to live like I've lived. Thanks cps to make me live my first experience in cardiff like that.

GoogleFor international students, especially Chinese compatriots, it is recommended that you choose to live in a student apartment with a bill. If you live in a house recommended by such an agency, you will not have many happy days in a year. Spend more money to choose good accommodation. It's very worthwhile. Here, the employees are very enthusiastic and polite before signing the contract, but after signing the contract, they look completely different. When I come to a foreign country, I hope to study hard and experience life, rather than facing a big hole in the wall that has not been repaired for a long time. I don’t even want to mention the agency deposit. In short, if you choose cps home, I will choose a patience elective course. It is up to you whether you choose it or not. good luck.

GoogleAwful service If i could give no stars i would Asked to leave my home so open house could take place to sell my home so i did but in doing so due to bad weather i sat in my car outside . After an hour i noticed no one had been but wasnt told no one was coming . So after an hour freezing and soaked i went back in my house and called cps and simply said " what happened today" but expecting a reply of no one confirmed and we forgot to cancel. I was told open house went really well. Omg lied to my face . I then replied omg i was home and your not being truthful and was told they couldn't sell my home as it needs to much work..contracts were cancelled with cps and i put my home on facebook myself and had an offer in 20 mins on the following morning after cps cancelled.. Make up your own mind what youd think

Whilst we take your comments completely on board, I would like to confirm that the appointment of which you make reference to was indeed the third open-house that we had conducted at the property, which you were called to advise was cancelled. A message was left for you the day before to confirm that no appointments were going to be taking place. During our period of marketing we carried out numerous viewings of your property and you were provided with constructive and honest feedback as to why there were a lack of offers. It is unfortunate that you deem the feedback to insinuate that the property required too much work. We are delighted to hear that you have since sold your property after CPS Homes decided to release you from the terms of our agreement and wish you all the very best in your new home.

GoogleNice agents, but they do not care about what they sell. They sold me a flat, promised me a lot of changes and did not even make sure that these promises were kept by the landlord. In the end it has been an awful experience, and I cannot recommend them. Just a loss of money. I truly hope it was a one-time bad experience.

GoogleVery easy to deal with and made the entire process simple. Very friendly and engaging staff who went out of their way to help with my questions. Easy process from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and have used their services for two years now!
