GoogleMyself and a friend recently visited and found a flat together with Florence's help! We initially came in hoping to view another property, but after a conversation and a quick search from Flo, she found us the perfect place! She took time to answer all our questions, took us to view the property and offer insightful info. She was also extremely helpful when sorting out the official paperwork, involving a kind suggestion over a tricky email which really helped lower my stress! I'm aware some estate agents can be extremely pushy (especially to students) but Flo was the perfect level of honest yet thoughtful, laying out facts while remaining (what felt like) concerned primarily for our comfort / needs in our house search. Overall, my CPS experience has been wonderful simply because of Flo. She has been nothing but kind and genuinely helpful, successfully navigating a stressful time! I'm sure the rest of the in-house CPS team are lovely, but I'd suggest anyone who is looking to book a time-slot here to ask for Flo. You'll be in very lovely hands! Thank you Florence!

GoogleExcellent Cardiff agency. Really care about the tenants and landlords. Push the landlords in the right direction to getting properties and furniture modern, fresh and clean. Shabby properties, mismatch furniture, student lets are no longer what people want/expect (who knew?!) and very grateful for the support and guidance to getting property fabulous. Rhys and the team are great to work with and recommended a brilliant builder Simon who did the job from start to finish, no hassle

GoogleI recently looked into moving into a flat spoke to Flo, she was really helpful and friendly and helped a lot with all my questions during the viewing When it came to signing the contacts Joanne was really helpful and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible

GoogleI am so pleased with Sian at CPS. The service received when selling a HMO property recently was excellent. Sian and the team liaised with me at all stages from preparing the property, obtaining the correct documentation, taking videos and pictures of the house. The sale was quick and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend CPS.

GoogleTerribly run place, viewed a house, put in an offer, rang the following day to find out wether we got accepted to be told they're waiting on the landlords decision then waited and rang again to find out they gave it to someone else, which is completely fine but for them not to let us know about it when it happened 5 days before is absolutely shocking and disgusting. If there was a way to put zero I would gladly do so

GoogleCPS were fab - so much help with selling, honest with feedback and committed to getting us quality offers. Angela is fab and so was the videographer - so professional! We ended up also buying our new home through them and they made sure everything went really smoothly. When there was a mix up with the keys on moving day they sorted it out straight away with no issue.
