GoogleI've used a variety of agents to market my property but thought I'd give CPS a try a couple of years ago. Glad I did - Rhys and the team have been excellent at just getting the job done. Their expertise has meant a higher rent and quicker letting each time. They were the first to offer video tours during Covid, which work a treat!

GoogleI have had a business relationship with CPS for a few years now, and can highly recommend them. I am able to get through on the phone quickly, without too many automated recordings, and if the person answering can't help, they quickly put me through to someone who can, or set things in motion to sort any potential snags. I have found every staff member I have dealt with has this friendly, and professional "can do" attitude. My resent dealings were with Zara Lawes, who emailed about an EPC certificate. We exchanged a few emails, as quickly as you would text a friend, (no waiting for days, or having to follow up), and she sorted out my requests and questions perfectly. If all businesses had staff this helpful and competent, life would be a breeze!

GoogleI have lived in a one bed flat with CPS homes for almost a year. The maintenance team have been so understanding with any issue I have had and worked hard to fix anything. Recently I have dealt with Zara at CPS and she has been incredibly accommodating and friendly.

GoogleAwful experience with CPS Homes withholding my deposit from me. I accepted the deductions of my deposit which was fine. The deposit team from CPS said they would issue my deposit on the DPS website. Been waiting for a month for my deposit return. I have tried emailing three times but no response since the agreement of deductions. I have now had to request a statutory declaration from DPS. Completely wasted my time. Would never rent with them again!

GoogleSuccess again using CPS Homes tenant find service, a big thanks. We have been using CPS Homes for the last 5-6 years to find about 13 tenants for our professional in Cardiff HMO. The referencing and financial checks are great and out of all the tenants they have found for us none have gone into problematic arrears. All their paperwork has been spot on and if we or our tenants have had any questions CPS Homes have been able to answer and clarify them. We have found them very professional.

GoogleCharlotte in the maintenance team was excellent. We emailed requesting a new sofa as our current one was unsuitable and very uncomfortable and she got in contact with our landlord quickly and our new sofa arrived and is gorgeous! Very happy :)

GoogleI have used CPS as my agent for letting two student houses in Cardiff. The service and advice has always been excellent. More recently, one of the properties was seriously damaged by winter storms. The response from CPS and in particular Charlotte has been exemplary.

GoogleMy housemates and I have been living in a home let by CPS since August. Only recently we have needed some minor things fixing along with a couple appliances and they have been incredibly responsive, especially Vicki Magill who has been wonderful at helping us. She has been really fast at not only responding but getting the right people in to help us fix things. Thank you!

GoogleFirst time ever looking to get a house with friends and thought I would give CPS homes a go. Best decision I have ever made. Gareth was very helpful and showed us around the most ideal houses. We all loved every house Gareth showed us and they all appealed to our groups requirements; it ticked all the boxes and was perfect for us.

GoogleWe have a happy and smooth experience with CPS Homes. Cath consistently helps us through our first ever tenancy in the UK with an enthusiastic and helpful attitude, despite the fact that we have so many questions to ask and require plenty of assistance remotely. We cannot thank her enough!

GoogleI’ve not dealt with CPS Homes prior to today and I’ve had several awful experiences with letting agents, however, Chelsea Staunton made my life incredibly easy, offering accurate & thoughtful information about prospective properties and ultimately helping me & my friends secure a home to rent that was perfect for us. The house was not only the nicest house we had seen but also the cheapest! I would recommend letting or even buying (I’m sure) through CPS Homes & definitely ask for Chelsea! She’s very insightful, kind & reassuring as we rushed to get our perfect house off the market! I wish every experience I had with a letting agent was as seamless as it was with Chelsea!

GoogleI just signed my new home with CPS homes. Cath Taylor, assisted me through the entire process. She was super friendly and eased the whole process for me. Also, she was able to solve any little hurdles that I faced along the way, and had perfect clear answers to any of my queries. She made the link between the tenant (myself) and the landlord (whom I was leasing the property from) super easy and quick. Also, all their payment links are legit and there is nothing to be worried about. I would highly recommend CPS homes if you live in Cardiff and are trying to find a nice place to live as a student. Also they have some really nice and fancy apartments at very affordable rates.

GoogleI’ve rented a lot of properties and this process was by far the quickest and simplest way. It’s all paperless which is brilliant and so efficient. Vicki was great from the very first phone call, really lovely to talk to and very informative. She kept in touch along the process and was always quick at responding when I had any questions throughout. I’m really looking forward to the move, the property is perfect, and I would highly recommend renting with these guys.

GoogleI've had a very positive experience thus far renting though CPS Homes. All staff have been very friendly and helpful, Emma in particular was very quick to come back to any queries I had and made the process of signing the tenancy agreement very stress free. I am yet to move into the property but they could not have done anything more to improve the experience so far.

GoogleCPS have been managing my properties for a few years now and the service has been great. They are quick to respond, always at the end of a phone or email and get in contact in case anything needs sorting. Recently they have been very helpful sorting contractors for some works that needed doing between tenancies. Look forward to things continuing to run smoothly in the future.

GoogleBoth my partner and I had been with CPS previously and found the process very easy and straightforward when signing for a house. We worked closely with Rhys when looking for a property. He was extremely accomodating, letting us know when there were new properties about to become available that we could check out. Definitely helped to speed up the whole process of finding a place for the next year and continuously checked in with us, making sure that we were kept in the loop. Great guy and great experience!
