GoogleFlorence who conducted the viewing with my partner was delightful. She was welcoming and friendly right from the confirmation phone call to when we arrived at the viewing. She answered all our questions before we had even got to the apartment! She was so patient at the viewing and again so welcoming and friendly. 10/10 review for Flo! Thank you for your support in the process of finding us our new home! She was a delight

GoogleOf the many agencies I encountered in my Cardiff house hunt, CPS was the most professional, flexible, accommodating, and easily contactable. Jordan at CPS was especially fantastic; he was very understanding of the constraints of work and distance on my availability and managed things to make the process as painless as possible. There was no undue pressure or impossible demands. I was treated very kindly and felt like a valued client. I very highly recommend CPS Homes in general and Jordan Parry in particular.
