I used CPS to sell my house. They were great from start to finish. From the outset Sian took care to understand what my priorities were and marketed accordingly. They managed some last minute issues and prevented them from becoming a crisis. Can highly recommend.

After renting with different agencies and landlords for 12 years as a family, my experience with CPS Home Agency wasn't the best. I had to keep reminding them about simple things, and sometimes they didn't even bother fixing issues, I had to deal with them myself. Compared to other agencies, I wasn't as happy with CPS. It could work better for students or people renting a room, but for families like mine, it didn't provide the smooth rental experience we were looking for.

We should point out that a lot of landlords choose to handle reported maintenance issues themselves, or via somebody they know, so whilst we will always pass on reports to them, we cannot physically arrange the work ourselves without their permission. This is because they hold the purse strings, rather than us. However, our communication to you in this regard, i.e. keeping you up-to-date and informing you where our powers start and end, should always be positive, and we apologise if it wasn't. Tiffany was great, enthusiastic and provided excellent service to me when selling my house. She dealt with any communication for me and was always quick to response to my enquiries. She made everything really easy and smooth and took a lot of the stresses away that come with selling your home.

Most of the staff there were incredibly nice. Amber and Jack specifically handled our concerns very well and we're very informative and helpful. However, we faced rprested issues with who we assume to be the manager - Scot. Scot was very passive aggressive and constantly passed us around new people even though the workers were reluctant to keep being swapped around aswell. Even after discussing our concerns with how we were talked to with Scot, his apology was not genuine and passive aggressive and we almost didn't sign due to his behaviour. The only reason we did sign was due to how lovely Jack and Amber were, who assured us we wouldn't have to deal with Scot's blatant rudeness again.
