GoogleDON'T WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN CONTACTING THEM IS WASTING YOUR TIME. Worst letting agency for viewings. So this has happened with me twice on different occasions. The first time in 2023, I booked a viewing with cps they asked me to come to their office in cathays and said that we will go to the property together. They did not give me the address of the property and provided me their office address. When I arrived at their office, I was advised that they asked me to meet at the property. While I walked more than half an hour to CPS Cathays they abruptly said it was my fault. Now in 2024 on different occasions I considered them again for a different viewing. This time they did not do a follow up call with me for the viewing, no problem. I called them and confirmed the viewing myself. The agent on the call said our colleague will be there for the viewing of the property. When I reached there, there was no one over there. I confirmed on call that I am on my way. I was on time and their agent left before the scheduled time. Please don't waste your time with them.

It certainly wouldn't be our aim to request that you meet us at a different location to where we expected you to be, so we can only imagine this was down to miscommunication or a misreading of our diary, which we can only apologise for. We do send out 'confirmation of viewing' emails that state where we've agreed to meet. GoogleMe and my flatmate had nothing but a positive experience with CPS Homes and Jordan Parry in particular. All the staff at CPS Homes were always very friendly and we always felt welcome. We were helped and shown around the properties by Jordan Parry, His help was invaluable, his knowledge of the properties alongside his willingness to help allowed us to ask any questions we had and they were all answered perfectly! As well as this, his pleasant and friendly personality made us feel comfortable and made him a joy to be around. Would 100% recommend CPS Homes and Jordan in particular.

GoogleSo we are currently looking to purchase and have had 3 viewings. 2 within Nathan and 1 with Tiffany. Today we viewed at short notice and I can honestly say the team go above and beyond. We are buying atm but they have shown such a willingness for us as buyers but also they do their best for sellers by going above and beyond. Thank you

GoogleThe service provided by the whole sales team was outstanding, from initial valuation through to the amazing photos taken and the sale of the house. We were kept updated at each stage of the sale and Nathan even helped with the negotiation on the price of the house we wanted to buy, CPS really did go that extra mile and I would thoroughly recommend using them to sell your house.
