GoogleI have the pleasure of working with Chels and I cannot speak highly enough of her exceptional service and professionalism throughout the processes of buying. From the moment I first connected with her, she exuded warmth, competence, and genuine care.
Chels went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my HMO purchase proceeded smoothly. She possesses an impressive depth of knowledge about the HMO/general market and was always ready to provide insightful guidance and support whenever I had questions or concerns.
One of the most remarkable aspects of working with Chels is her unparalleled communication skills. She always maintains regular contact with me, keeping me informed at every stage of the process. Whether it was providing updates on the status of my offer, coordinating with solicitors, or facilitating inspections, she handled everything with efficiency and grace.
What truly sets Chels apart is her unwavering dedication to her clients' satisfaction. Despite her busy schedule, she always made me feel like a priority, taking the time to address any issues promptly and effectively. Her friendly and warm demeanour and positive attitude made what could have been a stressful experience remarkably enjoyable.

GoogleWorst letting agency. My advise don’t use them. They are currently letting out a property to students on Salisbury Rd.
This house has so many issue. It’s quite shocking that they have never been in this house to view it before renting it out. So they don’t understand the issues.
Either the landlord does not want to spend any money on this house or the letting agency is not tell the landlord the problems.
Don’t waste you money renting this property
They have been reported to Cardiff council

Hi Faye,
We’re sorry to hear that your experience with CPS Homes has been a less than positive one.
We’re keen to know more about the circumstances and the property, as we inspect every property we manage before, during (multiple times) AND after each tenancy, so your comments regarding never visiting don’t ring true to us. We’d appreciate more information being sent to us on this. You can do so via feedback@cpshomes.co.uk.
We wonder if the property you’re referring to is managed by the landlord themselves, rather than CPS Homes. Whilst we may have performed a tenant-find service for the landlord, that’s as much as we do, so the landlord handles all aspects of maintenance and inspections, as they are entitled to do. They will be registered and licensed with Rent Smart Wales for this. If you have concerns over their management of the property, we first recommend raising these with the landlord themselves, but if this doesn’t yield any positive results, then Cardiff Council and Rent Smart Wales are where you may refer your concerns to.
We hope this helps.
All the best,
The CPS Homes Team.
