GoogleHaving just rented a home with Concentric I liaised mostly with Marie and Lucy. They were incredibly helpful and responsive to me and supported the whole process with the utmost professionalism, they both went above and beyond for us. Whenever I've called the local office and spoken with other staff (Preet) they have also been incredibly polite and helpful and the systems and processes they have in place are clear and thorough. Having dealt with less than helpful letting agents I would definitely recommend concentricPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI was emotionally abused by one of the tenants I lived with (shared house) and I reached out to the agency for support and didn't find any at all. This was during lockdow. Things didn't improve so I had to leave at the end. The house and the location were great though.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleLeft numerous message yet no reply, made me complete a form in order proceed, then ignored my messages (collecting marketing data?) Contacted head office who sent two messages to the Coventry branch but again no reply. The office secretary kept addressing me by my surname for some reason. Its 2021 - do we need to complete so many forms for a viewing. Glad other estate agents have moved with the times. I would avoid and use someone else.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
