GoogleIt was wonderful dealing with Concentric Sales and Lettings, I recently managed to get a property on rent, the process was really easy and people I interacted with are really warm and welcoming. Thank you very much Supna Randhawa and Lucy Davies, you gals made our move so easy, we really appreciate it. I highly recommend Concentric Sales & Lettings.

GoogleAvoid at all costs!!! Most unprofessional letting agency I have ever come across, I’ve had rats trapped in the vent of my cooker for over 2 months they still won’t do anything, the rats have now died and rotted and as you can imagine I can’t use half of my so called home because of it. On top of that they let themselves In your flat without consent, I had the little Asian girl walk in top of me while I’m sleeping telling me that ‘I’m here to do a viewing’ even tho I have 6 months left on my tenancy!!! 100% agree with the other comments that they pressure you to leave good reviews but luckily I didn’t. DO NOT RENT FROM CONCENTRIC my mental heath has deteriorated since having to live in one of their properties And I do not wish the experience on anyone else.

GoogleI have been working with Harriet, over the past couple of days on a block of flats which they have for sale. I am really pleased with how she been helping us out and it also was good to see how good she treated the tenants in the property. I Would recommend working with concentric and a huge thank you to Harriet!

GoogleI've been attending Concentric's landlord legal updates for the last 3 years - both in person and online. Dawn and Ali provide such a fantastic (free!) service keeping landlords up to date with the state of the market and legislation. I love that the evenings are so interactive, a chance to ask questions, provide feedback and no hard sales pitch. An opportunity for self managing landlords to learn from the professionals and for managed landlords to understand what their agents should/shouldn't be doing. Always very informative, thanks!PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMyself and my partner have been provided with an excellent service from both Supna and Lucy at Concentric lettings. They have both committed very well and provided us with regular updates throughout to ensure that the we can move into our new home quickly. They are an asset to the company. Highly recommended.

GoogleIf there was any negative rating I would have given that. I had called them a couple of times and emailed as well for renting out a room. Everytime time the response I got was that we will get back to you. It's been a month now and still nothing.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleIt’s better to be homeless..to get a property from agency’s..absolutely overrated..the process is like you buying the house not a rental property. I’m so glad we find a private landlord..all agencies are waste of time
Hi Joe, sorry to hear of your difficulties with the process of renting a home. I would like to know more about your experience please so I can investigate.. can you directly email me with some more information? ali@concentricproperty.co.uk. Thanks.

GoogleWent to see house for sale by concentric, their agent Vik showed us around the house, professional and friendly guy, didn't rush around like most agents do, whenever someone has appointment for house viewing ask for Vik.
A review that appears on several offices' pages is shown once. We leave out reviews that name another agent.
Wolverhampton has the most, with 221 reviews rated 4.0 out of 5, followed by Coventry with 72.
