GoogleHad a fantastic experience with Concentric Estate Agents when renting my flat. The staff were professional, very friendly and efficient. Can't thank the guys enough, especially Preet and Tina were both so friendly, helpful and absolute pleasure to talk to. Thanks again. Would highly recommend.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review Omar, it was a pleasure dealing with you.

GoogleWe had quite a good experience with Concentric so far. They were helpful with all the processes of our application, they promptly reply to our questions and mails, and they have always been available when needed. Information were clear and provided as expected. I would definitely contact them again in the future and I strongly advise on doing the same.

GoogleI would two stars due to prompt and polite service, if it weren't for the fact that I paid the security fee (holding deposit) to reserve a property, however less than a week later I was informed that the property had been let with no regard to the security fee I paid to hold the property. I would advise people not to go with this company due to the dishonest nature they conduct their business. I will not be using them again given the choice.

GoogleString of broken promises, unable and unwilling to keep you updated, very very poor service simply not good enough !!!

GoogleThey're unprofessional while dealing with customer. After I viewed a property and I applied for the application and took the money, they called me that if I still need to let the property I've to increase the rent price!!

GoogleI cannot praise Concentric enough for the service I have received. Everyone I have had contact with has been professional, helpful and couteous. Working with Concentric has taken a huge amount of pressure and hassle out of the process for me and I feel I am in extremely safe hands as a landlord. I would recommend Concentric to anyone.

GoogleThis company have been atrocious. Promises to call back and sort out issues regarding our property, to not call back and having to chase them up only to be given no information. Patronising and very un-apologetic for their own faults. Going directly through landlord for further issues.
In relation to properties rented on a set up only basis, after a tenant has moved into a property, as agents, we do not have any authority to organise works or deal with issues, all queries must be passed to and dealt with via the landlord. This information is issued to Set up only tenants upon moving into the property, with all numbers for contact.

GoogleGreat service from concentric lettings, very flexible in both viewing and moving in stages. Smooth and worry free move, would highly recommend to anyone.

GoogleI found Concentric an extremely professional firm. They kept in touch throughout the process and having spoken to other Agents it was an easy decision to use Concentric.

GoogleI should like to place on record my thanks for the excellent service I have received from your Coventry office. From the moment you inspected the property until it had been let, I was impressed by your knowledge of property letting. You were full of enthusiasm. I say these things because I have been a professional property owner and landlord for much of my life. Many thanks to your Company. I am a very satisfied client. Yours ect D W Baldock

GoogleI have recently rented out my house through Concentric Lettings, Coventry which has been an incredibly smooth and painless process! The house was let within a few days, but most importantly, the communication from them has been great, and now that tenants are in place the team at Concentric have been super-proactive in dealing with any management issues and keeping me informed. I would certainly recommend speaking to them if you are renting out your house, or looking to rent somewhere yourself.

GoogleI have used Concentric Lettings (Coventry) twice now, once in 2012 and recently this month. My experience with the letting agency has been great, as I found they offer a very professional service and were extremely efficient at helping me find accommodation in the area at such short notice. Highly recommend!

GoogleI Recently rented through Concentric and was very impressed with how professional i was treated throughout the process. I had had viewed quite a few places though other bigger known estate agents and not got a good feeling from the younger folk who gave me viewings (from just plain not ringing you back for viewings to the sense of they couldn't be asked to be there showing around) I'm not saying that goes for all young people though. Tony who showed me around was very accommodating and i got a good feeling from him. I suppose i could have asked a couple of key questions when viewing the property and didn't as i forgot but that's just down to not renting for nearly ten years. I know you have to pay for fees and there is no getting around it........but the inventory print out £75 made me chuckle. Everybody has to make money ! On the whole i would recommend Concentric Lettings.

GoogleLisa and Tony made themselves readily available throughout the process of readying the property, sourcing appropriate tenants and then having them on-boarded. They have been pro-active with their communications and also scheduled weekly calls to discuss progress during the vacant period. They managed the sub contractors effectively and sourced acceptable quotes essentially removing a lot of the pain associated with being a remote Landlord.

GoogleWe recently used the services of Concentric Lettings in renting of two properties. Lisa and Tony treated us and our inquiry, very professionally and made our life much easier. They've done the referencing and all the paperwork very quickly and their fees were the cheapest from all the agencies what we've tried before. You can always rely on Lisa and Tony not just because they have the Concentric Lettings behind them, whith it's testimonials, but they are really good ambassadors for the company. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Yours sincerely, Zsolt Barabas

GoogleI am very pleased with the overall outcome of renting a room via Concentric Lettings. The service was good, but I do think they could of been a bit more informative with the progress of paperwork and arrangements. I entered satisfactory for quality which I believe is accurate as the room I am renting isn't anything special but it is a nice space to be in. I would definitely recommend Concentric to anyone who is looking to rent as they are in a very good price range and good benefits too!
