GoogleIt was a pleasure to deal with Lucy, Tony and Chene and all were delightful, they negotiated well and listened to both Landlord and Tenant throughout the process. I have come across many agents and these guys really stood out, they knew what they were talking about and made the whole process easy. thank you.

GoogleRenting a property through Concentric Coventry. Were very helpful, guided me through the process, and dealt with minor issues well as they came up. Repairs took a little while to be completed on initial snagging but were done. No complaints and the up front fees were less than a lot of cometitors. Would definately rent through them again.

GoogleI wouldn’t recommend this company. I had 2 properties let through them & have took one off them & the other will be gone in 3 months. They have no customer service, they will argue you. They forget who is the customer, and pays the fees every month. Find a nice small, letting agent who will give you the personal touch.

GoogleCan't thank Concentric enough, especially Tina who has kept me informed throughout every step of the way with the sale of my house. Fast and effective. Would certainly recommend their services to anybody looking to sell their house! Thankyou again!!!

GoogleWhere do I start, placed a deposit on a property. They cancelled the viewing 5 times telling us tenants had not vacated. We discovered tennants had vacated and we were then bundled with other excuses. As we had lost our patience with them we asked for a refund on the funds paid. After being assured the refund would be back in the account within ten days we left somewhat satisfied we could go to a real estate agents. Ten days later, no funds in account. Called the office back, only to be told the funds had been signed off by a director on that day but would be in within the next three working days. Skip forward another week, still no refund. No answers apart from I can’t contact the director and can give you no answers. Have read some reviews about this agency which back up my experience. Now taking authoritative measures to ensure this company do not treat any other person this way. Disgusting, badly ran and disgraceful letting agents, avoid at all costs. Will make the stress of moving even worse.

GoogleVery Poor I Viewed a property that required renovating last week. I put an offer in and did not hear a thing back. I was hoping to bid again but there was no feed back at all. Very put off won`t be using them again. The property in question has now sold so a missed chance.

GoogleSome of these older reviews are obviously spoof because I found Concentric nothing but professional and Tina especially went out of her way to assist me. I would recommend speaking to her first as her approach is professional and friendly. Keep up the good work guys!

GoogleThis company is unprofessional, they needs to be investigated and reported to trading standards and other bodies who governs letting licences. Stay away from this agency people something doggy is happening with them
It is a shame that you felt the need to make a review of this nature about our company, and i note that you did make full use of our complaints procedure and a conclusion was made. Unfortunately the costs involved in making numerous applications which all fail referencing due to undisclosed information carry costs and these need to covered, meaning costs will be recovered from any referencing fee paid, but this is always communicated at the outset and terms issued. .

GoogleExcellent service from the concentric team. I've been using them for over 6 years to rent out my HMO's and other property. I have found them to be very helpful and professional at all times.

GoogleVery professional from start to finish. The team are really friendly and helpful. Used another high street agent in the past and had trouble with the tenants. I would definitely recommend and we will be using them again in the future.
