GoogleBought a house through Sam 3 years ago which was an easy transaction. What really stood out is I spoke to him recently to try and find some information and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Really first class service and proof you are a client for life. Can’t recommend him and the team at Guildford highly enough.

GoogleClarke Gammon could not have worked harder to sell our house. Over 14 months they undertook 65 viewings securing 12 offers and, despite 2 aborted sales, the team never ceased in their enthusiasm for the property nor their determination on behalf of us, their clients. Throughout their communication was seamless and their strategy well thought through. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

GoogleI first met Paul when we were previously looking to buy. I remember thinking at that time if we ever need to sell that he would do a great job for us. So when that opportunity came about, we engaged him and his team and they were superb, from getting our house online quickly, to staying in contact, and most importantly finding the right buyer and completing the sale. Along with Paul - Sol, Jennifer and Tory were also particularly helpful! A really good team. We would happily use them again exclusively. Tom and Mel

Paul was excellent at keeping in touch and providing good advice through the ups and downs of the sale process. Paul was rigorous, approachable, helpful and professional. I would recommend their services to anyone considering a local estate agent.

We didn't have to chase up once and felt we were carefully and thoughtfully walked through every step of the sale. We also appreciated the fact that Paul and his team provided excellent feedback on every viewing. This was useful as it allowed us to be realistic about our prospects of a sale. We know this isn't something all agents do because we weren't asked for feedback on any of the houses we viewed for our onward purchase. We feel certain that choosing the right agent in Clarke Gammon was a huge factor in subsequently achieving a quick and painless sale in a difficult market. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend CG to anyone looking to sell their home.

GoogleA positive experience from viewing to completion. Clarke Gammon were responsive, punctual, and professional at every stage. I am grateful for their support as I've just purchased my first property and the first time buyer process can be a bit daunting but they took great care of me.
