We have just bought our first family home with Clarke Gammon, and completed within 5 weeks, which I think says it all. Everything was so straightforward and generally a really good experience, which I'm not sure many people could say with buying a house. Tanya is knowledgable, personable, reliable and really had our best interests at heart. And she gave us wonderful recommendations for solicitors and surveyors which made everything go really smoothly. 100% recommend to anyone.

The Clarke Gammon team were excellent from start to finish. Most importantly, they were proactive every step of the way. We didn't have to chase up once and felt we were carefully and thoughtfully walked through every step of the sale. We also appreciated the fact that Paul and his team provided excellent feedback on every viewing. This was useful as it allowed us to be realistic about our prospects of a sale. We know this isn't something all agents do because we weren't asked for feedback on any of the houses we viewed for our onward purchase. We feel certain that choosing the right agent in Clarke Gammon was a huge factor in subsequently achieving a quick and painless sale in a difficult market. The level of service that Paul gave not just the person selling the house, but also us as buyers, was truly exceptional. He was honest and candid, which at first took us aback given our general impression of estate agents.
