GoogleClarke Gammon provided exceptional service - always professional, excellent communications and were a calming influence over a process that is traditionally fraught with nothing but stress and frustration. I feel they went above and beyond at every step to ensure we were reassured and communicated with from start to finish. At each point in the process and with any member of staff we spoke to, we got the same level of service and knew that everyone was fully briefed on our situation, meaning we could speak to anyone and they would be able to answer our questions, rather than waiting for our contact to be back. Something particularly helpful when you need answers quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clarke Gammon to anyone looking to sell or buy, they made the process almost enjoyable!

GoogleWe recently worked with Joe Teed as our estate agent and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Joe was incredibly professional, approachable, and proactive. He kept us updated every step of the way, explained things clearly, and went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was answering questions, chasing up paperwork, or giving advice. Joe was always on hand and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find someone in the property world who is not only efficient but also genuinely cares about their clients, and Joe absolutely delivered on both fronts. Thanks to his hard work and support, everything went through without a hitch. If you’re looking for an estate agent you can truly trust, Joe Teed is the person to go to.
