They make an appointment to see the property we ride 15 mai and there another two people was there although we was there half hour early and the guy came half hour late then show the flat to those who come after use .never get back to us

GoogleI’ve had such a positive experience with Lois, the property manager for my property at Christopher Stokes. She is genuinely one of the loveliest people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. From the very beginning, she has been kind, approachable, and incredibly professional. What really stood out to me is how she always went out of her way to help. No matter the issue, big or small, Lois took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and made me feel heard and understood. She never dismissed anything and was always proactive in finding solutions, which made a huge difference. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and thoughtful in their role. Lois consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly, and her friendly, reassuring manner made every interaction a pleasure. I’m truly grateful for all her support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She is an absolute asset to the team at Christopher Stokes. Both Jeyda and Izzy are extremely responsive to any questions, communicate clearly, and are very pleasant to deal with. Dealing with Jeyda at the viewing gave me confidence that any problems which I felt I would face, would be resolved and they have! Very happy with their service.
