GoogleCould not recommend the Christopher Stokes team more. They were a great help with selling my flat this year, in a slightly complex sale. They consistently came up with new ideas and workarounds to make it work and provided assistance and support at every step. Special thanks to Polly for her patience throughout the process and Mario for strategizing the best approach to take and getting a great offer the next day. The whole team made a stressful sale a much easier process. Thanks all!

GoogleAltogether a positive experience. The initial consultation with Mario was well researched, explained and therefore impressive as a result - hence choosing this estate agent. Later in the process, Polly has been fantastic and deserves commendation for her efforts with my recent sale. I personally found the strategy of different specialists throughout the process a bit odd at times, and although I can understand the reasoning behind it, I would have perhaps found it a bit easier dealing with 1-2 people throughout, rather that 5-6.

GoogleVery professional, Very on the ball and kept both my and the seller's solicitors on their toes and on the ball throughout the whole process. I suspect without their persistence the whole process would have taken longer than needed. Always kept me informed about the progress. Definitely recommend.
