GoogleI was approached by this company about selling my restaurant, and I want to warn others to read their contract very carefully. They promote “no upfront fees,” but they use a sole agency contract that gives them full control, even if they do nothing. Once you sign, you can’t sell your business privately or work with any other agent without still owing them full commission. Even if you find your own buyer or sell through a friend, they will still demand 5% or more. It feels like a legal trap designed to lock business owners in and claim credit for any sale, even if they don’t do the work. Please be very careful and don’t get trapped like many others have. I’m sharing this to protect other hardworking business owners from what feels like a dishonest and one-sided process.

I’m running 5 Hotels and bought the last one using Christie’s finance service and would like to alert everyone out there that stay away from them. Rather use a private broker than them especially Jimmy Johns who lied to me from day one till the last.

Just had a phone call seemed aggrivated he had to talk to me asked how he was and tried to speak but was cut out christies can't offer much in the of finance I've had other brokers offer me whereas I'm being told here there no chance.

GoogleBooked an indoor table for street food pop up. Lovely little pub, friendly staff & nicely decorated. Situated right next to the canal towpath with outside seating area & a few tables on the canal too! Only downside -on street parking very limited.

Very poor at providing information, and avoided telling us their rates, eventually discovered why, as they are 3 times the going %, a minimum of £9,500 which makes it totally overpriced for smaller buisnesses looking for an agent.
