My experience with Christie’s

My experience with Christie’s and, in particular Sofia, was extremely positive. Whenever I had a concern or query, it was dealt with quickly and professionally. I felt supported during the process, which was emotional and not always easy! In Sofia I felt that I had someone on my side. She was always willing to join me in teams meetings when I needed her. A very successful sale and I am happy that my beloved nursery is in safe hands.

I was confident of a sale. Excellent work throughout the sale process to keep the process moving and the parties aligned.

I worked as the solicitor dealing with the sale of a very individual business that Jon Patrick had negotiated. Jon was fantastic through both in terms of his communication and his calm wisdom. Always on hand Jon was an excellent link between my clients and the buyer to address particularly difficult points of negotiation and with regards to encouraging progress. Christie & Co were also needed to deal with complex issues of land valuation that would have resulted in significant delays had we not had such a team of experts on hand to assist.

Nursery Sold in Record Time

From the moment that I contacted Grace, I knew that we were in competent hands. She was true to her word, and sold our nursery without having to advertise it publicly, and also sold it in record time. She helped us throughout the process, stepping in when needed to ensure that the sale went through approximately in the time that was agreed by the buyers. We also found a buyer who's ethos was a great match to our own. I couldn't recommend Grace enough to sell your nursery.
