GoogleI hadn’t appreciated how important your relationship with your estate agents were until I worked with the team at Christie’s. It isn’t every day you engage with the house buying and selling experience, but having experts on hand to guide you through makes it a lot less stressful. I gave Brychan my requirements and he exceeded my expectations with the property he found for me. Zoe helped throughout with the nuances of dealing with different parties to the purchase, priceless support in a way that was personal to me - it felt like a team success when we moved in! Wouldn’t consider any other estate agent in future 😁

GoogleHaving dealt with a myriad estate agents over the years we placed our property in the hands of Christie Residential, a decision fully vindicated by the process from start to completion. Not only was their valuation way ahead of any other agent we spoke to, they already had a buyer in mind. The sale was agreed at full asking price within 5 days. Kim and I cannot speak highly enough of the commitment, professionalism and ability demonstrated by the entire team. GoogleI was approached by this company about selling my restaurant, and I want to warn others to read their contract very carefully. They promote “no upfront fees,” but they use a sole agency contract that gives them full control, even if they do nothing. Once you sign, you can’t sell your business privately or work with any other agent without still owing them full commission. Even if you find your own buyer or sell through a friend, they will still demand 5% or more. It feels like a legal trap designed to lock business owners in and claim credit for any sale, even if they don’t do the work. Please be very careful and don’t get trapped like many others have. I’m sharing this to protect other hardworking business owners from what feels like a dishonest and one-sided process.

GoogleVery poor service. Took a year to sell and they never returned any calls. I did there job for them chasing up the sale all through. They didn’t even call to say the property had completed. Even though we asked on the day

GoogleBooked an indoor table for street food pop up. Lovely little pub, friendly staff & nicely decorated. Situated right next to the canal towpath with outside seating area & a few tables on the canal too! Only downside -on street parking very limited.
