My experience with Christie’s and, in particular Sofia, was extremely positive. Whenever I had a concern or query, it was dealt with quickly and professionally. I felt supported during the process, which was emotional and not always easy! In Sofia I felt that I had someone on my side. She was always willing to join me in teams meetings when I needed her.
