He was proactive in chasing matters and, when delays arose, went above and beyond to ensure issues were resolved and that both parties were satisfied. Andrew’s support certainly did not go unnoticed, especially during times when we struggled to obtain assistance from the agent we were selling our house with. Just wanting to make a big shout out to the Charter Whyman Lettings team who have been looking after our property for several years now and have done a really great job. Obtaining tenants, managing any issues, dealing with check outs and making sure payments arrive on time. Most important great communication and just nice people to work with. The Charter Whyman team have been absolutely fantastic in helping me sell my house, but also to secure an onward rental property. The communication has been second to none, keeping me updated and informed (even offering much needed advice in my potential onward purchase) throughout the process. My sale hit a little snag in regards to an indemnity issue, however Jonathan went above and beyond in ensuring the sale didn't fall through and keeping all parties calm and updated. Simon was very honest with his valuation of the property at the start of the process, which was greatly appreciated.
