GoogleCharter Whyman managed our most recent sale and purchase. We found them to be an effective, determined local business worth recommendation. In our experience they go out of their way to make viewings easy, block-booking viewings where possible but flexing where necessary to set up weekend viewings as well. We consider CW's sales progressor Magdalena to be exceptional. She has showed pragmatism and determination to keep the sales process moving where there were delays elsewhere in the chain, speaking directly with buyers and lawyers to keep everyone marching to time. Our sale and purchase would probably have fallen through without her supervision. We are about to let out our new house and based on the last experience it's absolutely our intention to use them again to manage the rental.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe sold and purchased our house through Charter Wyman. The sale process was very simple and stress free. The photos, video and brochure were compiled quickly and we received regular updates. Charter Whyman helped us navigate what became a very difficult purchase through no fault of theirs. Charter Wyman were excellent and professional throughout and went above and beyond expectation to keep the chain together. Magdelena provided us with regular updates; we fear our purchase may have fallen through were it not for their hard work. We highly recommend them.

GoogleWe have just sold and bought a house through Charter Whyman. I cannot put into words how excellent Magdalena Lora is, the senior sales colleague. We ended up as part of a more complex sale and purchase chain, and Magdalena made it her mission to get everyone in the chain moving and over the line. She is incredibly hard working and although I imagine she has a number of sales on her desk, made time to give us detailed updates during the process and was a driving force to get our sale and purchase through. I am so glad we had Magdalena on our team, she is an absolute credit to CW!

GoogleI have just moved and Charter Whyman were excellent throughout from the initial viewing with Danny through to the great sales progressing from Magdalena. It was a bit of a protracted process due to the chain and I was kept informed throughout. Brilliant initial video which accompanied the viewing and which I viewed endlessly - a proper walk through the property with the agent and showing all aspects, so much better than the hopeless ones of other agents that just put the photos to music! Thoroughly recommend Charter Whyman.
