Roy Barrett sold us a house in Sturminster earlier this month. Although they were not acting for us as we were buying, the customer service was first class. Brandon specifically was a big help with loving the purchase along and getting stuck in with the chain to hurry everyone along. We bought a house through Roy Barrett. We viewed the house twice initially and both agents who showed us round were fantastic. They answered our questions and gave us plenty of time to look and consider. At no time did we feel hurried or pressured. Throughout the negotiating and sales process Beverley went beyond all expectation with her communication, follow up and help, meaning that we totally trusted her. She kept every promise she made and sorted any difficulties that arose. After we had moved in to the property we were delighted to invite her round for a cup of tea to say thank you!
