I don't normally leave reviews, but I have to say that Harry Fishenden, who showed us around the property we purchased, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, well prepared, and full of enthusiasm, which was absolutely infectious! Harry is a real credit to Chaffers. His professionalism, work ethic, and exceptional communication skills made the whole experience of buying and relocating so much more positive and enjoyable. No question was ever too much for him; he was always quick to offer advice and find solutions to any queries we had. We viewed the property several times, and Harry always made arranging visits simple and stress-free. He really knows how to build rapport and clearly has a passion for learning and developing in his role. Even our little one enjoyed seeing Harry and felt included in the process! He truly is an asset to Chaffers, and we can’t thank him and the team enough for all their help along the way. Thanks again, Melissa and Andy.

Had a fantastic experience with chaffers Originally we were looked after by Harry who was doing his training. Chaffers estate agents are by far our favourite estate agents we've delt with. I can't rate them highly enough! When we first veiwed our property with john and Kyle they were exactly what you want, they didn't awkwardly follow you around the place they gave us our space and allowed us time to really get a feel of the property. Following on from that, John, who we dealt with during the process of purchasing the property, made us feel really comfortable and was very knowledgeable about any further questions we had, was always there to pick up the phone and quickly got back to us with any queries we had. They were also all immaculately dressed! and we received a nice little gift upon completion.
