GoogleFrom the onset of dealing with Wainwrights I have to say that their friendly and really helpful approach in all aspects of buying my property has been very calming and positive in what at times proved very stressful for everyone. Claire who my stepson and I mostly dealt with went above and beyond in dealing with the frustrations with the chain that suddenly materialised and solicitors who live in a world of their own! She always answered or returned phone calls promptly and to be honest was instrumental in the final completion of the sale . My thanks are truly meant and would certainly recommend them . One very happy owner .

GoogleI contacted this agency to arrange a viewing for a property and was met with extremely unprofessional behaviour over the phone. Instead of discussing my current enquiry, the staff member focused on a viewing they claim I missed back in November, something I genuinely do not recall. I was spoken to in a hostile and confrontational manner, and the tone of the call felt more like being told off than being helped as a prospective client. Even if an appointment had previously been missed, that does not justify speaking to people disrespectfully months later when they are making a new enquiry. Customer service should be polite and professional. This interaction was neither. It left me uncomfortable and unwilling to deal with this agency again.

For clarity, our records show that multiple rental viewing appointments were previously booked and not attended, with no notice given at the time. Missed appointments have a direct impact on our landlords and other applicants who may have wished to view the property, which is why this was raised during the call. We always aim to communicate professionally, even when addressing missed appointments, and your feedback has been noted.
