GoogleWe moved from overseas in the middle of the pandemic and needed to rent a property which looked like mission impossible till we met Bidwells Cambridge team. We went through the process of viewing, applying, and signing a rental agreement in just a few days. We have been in touch with different team members through out the two years we were renting and all of them have been very helpful. One person stands out, Olivia Davies, she has been extremely professional, very responsive, and always finding solutions to our queries. Thank you, Olivia, for all your amazing support! GoogleI recently rented a fully managed house from Bidwells. It was a fantastic experience with the staff there. They only did not rent a house, but also support me to understand the local regulation here, referencing requirements, etc., and made my family relocation very smooth. I started the process when I was there in the middle east and I got keys on the second day of landing in the UK. Online support was quick and precise. Team of very professional and supportive staffs!! All the best!!

GoogleWe were quoted £585 fees for an early release from our tenancy agreement. Once everything was signed and visits had started, the fees then jumped to £1685 due to an "error" on their behalf.. As things were already in motion for us to leave the apartment, we had not choice but to pay the increased fees. A clear lack of professionalism in managing this situation overall and no accountability.

GoogleWe rent a property managed by Bidwells. This is the third managing estate agent that we experienced since starting renting in Cambridge. Bidwells are streets ahead of the other two (who were both awful). It's not perfect and a few issues take longer than we'd like to fix (hence 4 rather than 5 stars) but, compared to the others, it is night & day.

The process in finding a property, viewing this, making an application and then the process through to moving in was painless, smooth, fast and reassuring. I would highly recommend them! The ongoing service after moving in has greatly exceeded my expectations and all of the initial teething issues upon moving in were dealt with swiftly and professionally.
