GoogleBought a dream, living a nightmare! Excellent pre-sales but once things started to go wrong they blamed the contractors and never saw anything through to the end. As a result, I now have a cracked worktop which they won’t fix, yellow residue all through my bathroom, am on my third floor, have door handles which don’t match and windows which don’t close. Additionally, the garage door breaks down every couple of months and their design means my windows can’t be cleaned. The most disappointing aspect of all of it is how dismissive they are of problems and their lack of accountability - so much so that Andy, their Head of Customer Services didn’t reply when I told them I’d share my experience publicly when I gave them the opportunity to address this privately. Would not recommend and would advise to avoid

GoogleLeighwood Fields is located in a village called Cranleigh, which is connected to other towns by bus only. It is absolutely unreliable. You need to have a car for the sake of convenience. That brings another problem. Even though you are required to pay for your own parking spaces, your neighbours take advantage of them and let whoever they know park there. The management firm Centrick turns a blind eye to the issue. Honestly, if I had known this problem, I would have chosen somewhere else.

GoogleHouses built on a flood plain. No garden. really close .all that money so you can watch . Sainsburys lorries back in at 6am..

GoogleAnyone who buys a house here will need their brains tested. Built on a floodplain, one of many new housing estates destroying a once peaceful, rural village but now packed with dormitory style estates, no character, tiny gardens, no extra infrastructure to accommodate thousands more residents, thousands more cars, local medical practice unable to cope.
