Only phone Anne at Ashlar village if you are a cash customer or want to buy right now. Dont phone anne with an enquiry about future availability and certainly dont phone her if you have a house to sell.. she is not interested. Dont bother contacting the customer service department about anne either, they are also not interested. So in summary, if you are a cash buyer and want to buy right now, give Anne a call at the site - she will be delighted to speak to you. If, however, despite your income and affordability, you want information, because you are intent on buying at Ashlar village at a future date and want to get your ducks in a row.. dont trouble anne, she does not appreciate it.

Terrible company. In the summer we could not put a washing out because of the dust. Had to wash the car a lot because of that. And now on bilsland drive it's nothing but mud because they took the trees away. You have to walk on the road because the pavement is covered in thick mud. And they do anything about it.
